Ch. 17
This chapter talks about the ultimate system for designing houses. To make a good design, the designer will usually start top down. Great designers will usually build on other designers ideas. It talks about the complications of how does the user input the data needed for the software to create the blue prints. He comes up with several design paths to solve this.
Ch. 18
In this chapter he talks about the display's designers would use in the dream home project. This part is very important because it will help them work faster. He also talks about the importance of auditory indicators to help a product function. After coming up with the best design he thinks he can make, he talks about the feasibility of the product. The main questions are: "Can it be built?" and "Is it affordable for people who will be using it?".
