Describe the effect in Massachusetts of having more than 80% of the population receive college degrees.

The effect in Massachusetts of having more than 80% of the population receive college degrees would make good jobs more scarce. If the majority of the population has college degrees and there is not enough employment opportunities for these graduates, then those graduates would be stuck doing jobs that they are over qualified for. Someone has to run the fast-food restaurants, and other places that people go to every day. The people who did hold the jobs would be the best of the best and would advance their industries further. This might lead to many of the people leaving the state for better employment opportunity. The people who stayed would be less happy.
